Firstly, just download or use any image format extension e.g; .jpg, .png, gif and etc.
Secondly, open your ms-dos aka command prompt.
You can start typing the follow command as shown:

With the command of "copy /b demo.jpg + hjsplit.rar demo2.jpg" it stores the .rar into the .jpg which it appears as a normal picture file to any end users.
After if you wish to output those files out of the picture, use winrar wizard mode to extract those.
- Then you can select the .jpg file to unpack using it.
- There! Done.
